  • Maximum repayment period of up to 6 years for Qataris and 4 years for expats;

To qualify for Doha Bank’s Green Car Loan, applicants must: (a) have a monthly salary of QAR 10,000; and (b) have his/her salary transferred to Doha Bank.

Housing Loan

For those who are planning to buy a new house, the Housing Loan caters to both Doha Bank and non-Doha Bank customers. It applies to new property purchases as well as housing loan buy outs. For the first year, the loan features 0% interest rate with no mortgage fees. A grace period of up to 12 months is also provided.
