The Personal Loan for Expats provides financing of up to QAR 1 million for expats working in government and semi-government organizations, and QAR 397,500 for those working in other companies. The repayment period can be up to 48 months.
To avail of this loan, expats need to have a minimum salary of QAR 5,000 per month. Salary transfer is required, although collateral and guarantors are not necessary. The loan is given at a flat rate of 3.33%, or a reducing rate of 6.00%.

Mashreq Bank Majestic Personal Loan for Expats
Another loan product offered by Mashreq Bank is the Majestic Personal Loan for Expats. It offers financing of up to QAR 1 million for those working in the government sector, and up to QAR 400,000 for those in the private sector.
To be eligible for this loan, expats should have a minimum salary of QAR 5,000 per month. Salary transfer is required, and the maximum repayment term is 4 years. The loan is given at a flat rate of 3.20%, or a reducing rate of 5.99%
Mashreq Bank’s Majestic Personal Loan for Expats comes with several benefits: a Platinum Elite Card with gift vouchers worth QAR 5,000, cash advance facility, free automobile assistance, etc. Borrowers would also enjoy free online remittances and cash withdrawals.
