Doha Tower
If you are in West Bay, you have likely seen the Doha Tower. Also known as Burj Doha, this 46-storey structure is an architectural standout.
From the outside, this high-rise office building is undeniably unique. It is reminiscent of the Islamic Mashrabiya architecture, and its design helps shield the building from sand and heat—ingenious and practical, right?
If you have time to visit at night, the building looks even more spectacular when lit up.

When to Visit: Sunday – Thursday, from 8 am to 5 pm
Aspire Tower
Aspire Tower, also called The Torch Doha, is located in the Aspire Zone Complex.
To get a nice view of the city, you can book a table at the Panorama Restaurant. The restaurant is located on the top of Aspire Tower.
This particular structure is known for many admirable qualities. First, it is one of the tallest in Qatar. Its proximity to the Khalifa International Stadium made it a focal point during the 15th Asian Games in December 2006 and the FIFA World Cup in 2022.

Tornado Tower
Also known as the QIPCO Tower, Tornado Tower is one of the most recognizable buildings in Doha’s West Bay district. In addition to the office spaces, the tower houses several restaurants and a gym.
To fully appreciate the beauty of the building, visit at night when the exterior lights are turned on. Alternatively, dine at one of the fine restaurants on the 28th floor for a breathtaking view of the city.

Sidra Public Art
The Sidra Public Art installation was initially considered controversial when it was unveiled near the Sidra Medical and Research Center. This 14-piece sculpture series depicts the human journey from conception to birth.

Qatar National Convention Centre
Home to many of the country’s most important events, the Qatar National Convention Centre features one of the most distinctive architectural designs. Its façade is inspired by the Sidra tree. In front of the building, you’ll also find Maman, a striking spider-like sculpture.

When to visit: 8 am to 11 pm everyday
