To all Filipinos in Qatar, please be advised that there is now a new process for you to renew your Philippine passport. The Department of Foreign Affairs has partnered with BLS International center in providing a new service location to renew your passport at Al Shoumoukh Towers.
The usual process for Filipinos is to visit the Embassy of the Philippines in Doha for an appointment/appearance. However, with this new process, it allows OFWs to have another option in renewing their passports in Doha. There is a convenience fee of QR 91 if you process the renewal at BLS.
The great thing about this new office is that they are open 7 days a week and you can simply book a schedule between 8am to 8pm. So even if you are off from your duty hours, you can have an appointment to renew your passport.

The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in the State of Qatar informs the Filipino community and the general public that the BLS International – Philippines Passport Renewal Center (PaRC) will be opening in Doha on 26 September 2021, Sunday, to cater to the passport renewals of Filipinos in the State of Qatar.
The opening of the PaRC will now allow Filipinos to have the option to process the renewal of their passport at the Embassy or at the PaRC. The PaRC will only cater to simple renewal of passport and NOT those requiring any changes in the biographic details of the passport holder.
The State of Qatar is the third country in the Gulf region after the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, that the Philippine government has opened a PaRC to cater to the needs of the Filipino community.
The BLS International PaRC is located at Al Shoumoukh Towers, 17th Floor, Building 58, 231 Suhaib Bin Hamad Street, Zone 23, Doha, Qatar and will be open to the public from 8am to 8pm, Sundays to Saturdays (7 days a week), except Qatar legal holidays.
