Oryx Kids Club is dubbed a flying club for children passengers of Qatar Airways. This club will offer a more nutritious and exciting in-flight meal boxes and plush toys for its members, which can entertain them during the long flight. During the launch, the Oryx Kids Club hero mascots were also introduced.
Also introduced is the Oryx Kids Loyalty Programme, a frequent flyer programme. This will be offered to children from two to eleven years old. Members who earn miles can redeem rewards and other benefits.
Oryx Kids Club is for Qatar Airways’ Child Passengers
Qatar Airways recently launched the Oryx Kids Club at a press conference. According to Mr. Ehab Amin, Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, “Qatar Airways is delighted to announce the launch of Oryx Kids Club programme and loyalty programme for its youngest travellers, offering them opportunity to enjoy exceptional benefits while travelling with Qatar Airways. As an airline that is committed to welcoming children and families on board, Qatar Airways is thrilled about this new opportunity to interact with our passengers, from the moment they arrive at the airport.”
During the launch, the Oryx Kids Club hero mascots were presented. They are Orry and Orah, the oryx twins, Kamil the Camel, Faaiz the Falcon, and Farah the Fox. Those who register for Oryx Kids Club will soon be sent a complementary cuddly toy of one of the hero mascots, plus a new long-haul activity pack.
Ms. Salam Al Shawa, Qatar Airways Senior Vice President Marketing and Communications, also said, “Our great new cuddly toys, brand new activity packs, specially-designed children’s meals and a new frequent flyer offering, the Oryx Kids Loyalty Programme, which are supported by an extensive range of existing products and services that we already offer, will make flying with Qatar Airways a seamless and fun-filled journey for every child.”
