Salwa Beach Resort, known to be the largest resort in the Middle East, is nearing its completion. Hilton Hotels & Resorts manages the construction of the Salwa Beach Resort & Villas and it has reached an advanced level of completion.
Al Sharq reported that the buildings look complete from a distance. And this project is now being planned by the company to be launched in the near future. With an area of 257 acres at a great location on the Southern West Coast of Qatar, Salwa Beach Resort could be the largest of its kind in the Middle East.

With rooms and suites in the main building, this resort is designed with a wide view of the Arabian Gulf to add two small “villages” of family villas.
Designed to become one of the largest resorts and residential projects aimed to be constructed on 257 acres of land in the Middle East, Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas will include a water park, marina, dive center, cinemas, pools, health club, spa and a considerable retail space. In addition to the rooms and suites in the main hotel building, the resort will also include two small “villages” of family villas. Hill is providing project management consultancy services during the construction.

There are 35 suites in the main hotel building, out of that will be 2 presidential suites with an area more than 1,000 square meters. There will be amenities in this resort like a health club and spa spreading over 2,800 square meters, including outdoor pools, meeting rooms and 13 fine dining restaurants for events with a wide area of 3,500 square meters.
Facilities will include a water park, private beach, pools, marina, dive center, health club, spa, restaurants, cinemas and a retail space that provide a world-class experience for the 362 residents that will occupy this site.
