The US Embassy in Qatar offers American English language lessons through their official Facebook page and YouTube channels. The Facebook page contains videos on topics such as Closely Related Words, Idioms, Conversational English, and Prepositions. By listening to these videos, you can also hear how certain words are pronounced.

Meanwhile, the YouTube channel also offers video lessons. There are also activities and resources, especially for learners in the upper beginner and advanced categories.

It also takes discipline and motivation to successfully learn a new language. Since these classes are online, you can take most of these during your free time. A more efficient way to learn the language is to write down what you learned and keep reviewing the words. You can also practice some of the words you’ve learned with a native speaker.  It may be hard at first, but you will thank yourself once you have reaped the rewards of your efforts.
