The good news is that there are several parks in Qatar that you can visit if you want to get some exercise. Not only will you be able to enjoy the scenery, but you can also use some equipment to help you work out. If you are bringing children along, they can also use the playground.

Be Active By Visiting These Parks

If you want to get some fresh air or at least, enjoy your free time, you can visit any of the beautiful parks in Qatar.

Aspire Park

One of the most popular destinations in Aspire Park in Al Waab. Not only does this place have ample size, but it also has other attractions that make the visit worthwhile. Of course, you can also enjoy the lush landscape along with the running trail and exercise equipment that you can use.

Al Muntazah Park

Its official name is Rawdat al Khail Park, and it is one of the oldest parks on C-Ring Road. If you are in Muntazah and Mansoura, this is the perfect place for you to get some exercise. Just go to any of the two exercise areas available.

Umm Al Seneem Park

This park offers three fitness areas that come with exercise equipment. Alternatively, you could watch the giant screen and join fitness classes led by instructors in the country. Another interesting attraction in this park is the air-conditioned outdoor walking track, which is the longest in the world.

Al Gharrafa Park

If you’re looking for an air-conditioned park in Qatar, this is the place for you. Not only can you  enjoy the exercise equipment, but you can also enjoy the lush green views. You can spend some time in the air-conditioned part of the park, and you can also go to the nearby sports club and stadium.

Al Bayt Stadium Park

More than a park, this is a complete destination for everyone in Al Khor. In addition to the six exercise areas, you can also use the cycling and jogging tracks.If you are bringing the children along, they can use the children’s playground or look at some ducks in the man-made lake. Don’t miss the Al Bayt Stadium, one of the venues for the FIFA World Cup.

Al Janoub Stadium Park

When you are in Al Wakrah, you can visit this park and use the exercise equipment, or take advantage of the walking, jogging, and cycling tracks. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Al Janoub Stadium, another venue of the World Cup..

5 / 6 Park

If you are in the West Bay area, you don’t have to look far to find the perfect place to exercise. You can visit  5 / 6 Park and enjoy its fitness area with comprehensive equipment. Additionally, while you’re in the area, you can also explore other favorite destinations such as Katara and Lusail.

Getting fit in Qatar doesn’t have to wait until the weekend. With numerous parks throughout the country, you can easily fit in a short walk or a few rounds of exercise equipment during your day, allowing you to end your day feeling energized and refreshed.
